Abstract: A gripping head for groups of products including a central support, connectable to a robotic arm, and at least two gripping elements associated with the central support from opposite sides. The at least two gripping elements are mobile along a predetermined direction A, at least from respective open positions to respective closed positions in which they are suitable for lifting the group of products. Each of said gripping elements is configured to move the group of products forward along the predetermined direction A, and includes a respective opening suitable for allowing the group of products to pass along said predetermined direction A.
Abstract: A positioning system for radio frequency devices includes a two-way radio antenna, for vehicles, having a transmitting and a receiving element. Reference antennas have retro-directive arrays which can shape the signal beams in elevation; polarize transmission and reception signals according to a circular or a linear polarization, the polarized transmission retro-directively reflecting signals having the same polarization as the incident ones in the case of circular polarization, or retro-directively reflecting signals having orthogonal polarization in the case of linear polarization. An encoder is included for transmitting an identification code of the reference antenna. A controller processes the spatial and temporal data resulting from communication through the radio waves transmitted and received by the vehicle antennas and reflected by the reference antennas. The controller calculates the distance of the vehicle from the reference antennas that have reflected the signal transmitted by the antennas.

Abstract: A palletizer machine and a method for palletizing layers, one on top of the other, of packs fed from an infeed transfer line includes a transfer unit for transferring single packs arriving from the line to a first operating position, a forming unit for feeding single packs from the operating position to a predefined forming position wherein a layer of packs is formed on a loading platform, a loading unit for transferring the layer of packs on the loading platform to a pick-up station, and a robot for picking up the layer from the pick-up station and forming a palletized load of layers one on top of the other.
