Abstract: A drawing machine includes a plate unit, a clamping device, a transmit member, a driving device and a cam. The transmit member includes a following roller. The driving device includes a main linkage inserted through the plate unit and having first and second ends. The cam includes first and second cam paths, with the first cam path disposed between two sides of the second cam path. When the cam is in a first position, the distances between the first cam path and two sides of the second cam path are different. When the cam is in a second position, the distances between the first cam path and two sides of the second cam path are equal. The following roller drives the main linkage to pivot, with the clamping device driven to clamp a rod or pipe. The plate unit is driven by the second cam path and reciprocates along the cam axially.

Abstract: A feeder is provided for a punch. The feeder includes a feeding unit, a bending unit and a transferring unit. The feeding unit feeds a roll of a metal strip that includes a leading edge. The bending unit includes a plate for bending the metal strip, a sensor for generating at least one signal on detecting the arrival of the leading edge of the metal strip at the plate and a controller for actuating the plate on receiving the signal. The transferring unit transfers the metal strip to another unit of the punch.

Abstract: A roll feeder for feeding a steel sheet to a processing machine for processing is disclosed to include a rack, which has a hub that supports a roll of steel sheet and is rotated to let off the steel sheet, a roll feeding unit, which has sheet-transfer roller sets for transferring the steel sheet from the rack to the processing machine and a roller leveler for leveling the steel sheet, and a traction unit, which is provided between the rack and the roll feeding unit and controlled to pull the steel sheet from the hub to the roll feeding unit.

Abstract: A synchronous fine tunable material feeding mechanism includes a platform, a control member and a link device. A side panel is installed separately on both sides of the platform, and a top panel is installed on the side panels. A fixed roller and a movable roller are disposed between the two side panels. The two control members are disposed at the top panel and elastically push against the movable roller. The link device is disposed between the two control members and is capable of simultaneously driving one control member according to the movement of the other control member and to elastically push the movable roller synchronously to produce a downward force with a constant pressure.
