Abstract: The present invention provides a method (200) of modifying a shoe-last, comprising: acquiring (201) current digital data representing a foot shape; providing (202) reference digital data representing a shoe-last shape to be modified; comparing (203) the current digital data with the reference digital data to design patch shapes and patch positions; providing a shoe-last corresponding to the reference digital data; producing (204) patch elements corresponding to the patch shapes; and applying (204) the patch elements on the shoe-last in accordance with the patch positions obtaining a modified shoe-last. The production and the application of the patch elements on the shoe-last are performed by employing an additive manufacturing technique.
Abstract: It is described a system (100) comprising: at least one processor (1); a user interface (2) associated with a user (6) and cooperating with said at least one processor (1) and a tool module (4) defining instructions that when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to: select by means of the user interface design features of a first item to configure said first item; store in a database selection information associated with the selections of the design features made by the user; analyze the stored selection information to learn style preferences associated with the user; provide recommendations depending on said style preferences and relating to items to be configured by the user, produce a first item configuration pattern based on said recommendations; propose the first item configuration pattern to the user to perform a style and design matching.

Abstract: A telematic system for configuring an article may include a displaying device (2) such to take a first displaying mode (PH2) wherein it shows first constructive characteristics of the article and a second displaying mode (PH3) wherein it shows second constructive characteristics of the article, selectable by the user. The system may also include an interface device (1) such to take a first operative mode (PH2) enabling to select the first constructive characteristics and a second operative mode (PH3) enabling to select the second constructive characteristics, a filing and processing system (3) communicating with the devices (1, 2) for commanding them to switch from the respective first modes to the respective second modes upon a selection by the user of at least one characteristic belonging to the first constructive characteristics.
