    Abstract: A method for making polymer bonded electrode (PBE) structures wherein the particulate and particles of perfluorocarbon copolymer are combined with a solvent for the copolymer at a temperature where significant solvation of the perfluorocarbon does not occur. The resulting blended dispersion is spread to form the PBE, and the solvent removed. The PBE is then fused under heat and pressure for use.
