  • Patent number: 9110113
Abstract: A physical parameter is measured via an electronic circuit connected to a two capacitor sensor. The circuit includes an amplifier connected to the common capacitor electrode, a logic unit for digital processing amplifier data and supplying a digital measuring signal, a digital-analog converter for supplying a measuring voltage based on the digital measuring signal, a switching unit for alternately supplying the measuring voltage to the first and second fixed capacitor electrodes, and a regulated voltage for negative biasing or a low voltage for positive biasing from a voltage supply source. A first phase consists in biasing the first fixed electrode with the measuring voltage from first binary word and reference voltage, and the second fixed electrode with low voltage, and a second phase consists in biasing the second fixed electrode with measuring voltage from second binary word, which is reverse of the first binary word, and the reference voltage.

  • Patent number: 7142815
Abstract: There is described a method for adjusting the detection, transmission and/or reception parameters (DET, GTx, GRx) of a radiofrequency reader (10) of an electronic radiofrequency identification system as a function of the ambient electromagnetic noise. This method includes at least one step of measuring, via the radiofrequency reader, the ambient electromagnetic noise level, and a step of adjusting the detection, transmission and/or reception parameters of the radiofrequency reader on the basis of the measured ambient electromagnetic noise level. Preferably, this method further includes a step of measuring the response of a reference transponder (30) placed at least temporarily in the interrogation field of the antenna (20) associated with the radiofrequency reader, this reference transponder (30) having similar characteristics to the characteristics of the transponders to be identified.

  • Patent number: 6184664
Abstract: A voltage regulator circuit (1) able to detect a latch-up phenomenon disturbing the voltage to be regulated, to suppress such phenomenon and re-establish the voltage at a predetermined level. The circuit a bipolar transistor (2), a resistor (5) and substantially constant voltage supply means (6). The circuit (1) also includes voltage detection means (11) arranged to receive the regulated voltage (Vreg), and to supply a control voltage to said transistor (2) which can control the switching thereof between a conducting state and a blocked state, so that the transistor (2) is in the blocked state when latch-up causes the regulated voltage to drop below a first voltage level, and so that the transistor (2) is in the conducting state when the regulated voltage is lower than a second voltage level, the latch-up being suppressed below such level.
