  • Patent number: 5060808
Abstract: The hanging file support frame of this invention includes two spaced apart end members of integral construction dwelling in substantially vertical planes, and having upper and lower portions. The end members include an upper horizontal strut extending across the lateral width of the end members, with the ends thereof terminating into C-shaped members. Two elongated parallel hanging bars have their opposite ends supported within the C-shaped members. Clip elements engage the ends of the hanging bars and the C-shaped members to maintain the connection therebetween. Leg portions extend downwardly and outwardly from the C-shaped members, and the lower end of each leg portion terminates in an inwardly extending horizontal foot.

  • Patent number: 4669940
Abstract: A container handling apparatus for refuse containers of various sizes includes a frame mounted on an elevating and dumping mechanism disposed on a refuse collection vehicle. The apparatus includes opposed primary container engaging arms pivotally secured to the frame and secondary container engaging arms pivotally secured to the frame inboard of the pivot points of the primary arms. Hydraulic cylinder actuators are operable to move the primary arms from a retracted position substantially within the normal clearance width profile of the vehicle to a position for engaging and gathering the container to be grasped between the primary and secondary arms. The configuration of the primary and secondary arms provides for grasping containers of various diameters and for tolerating misalignment of the apparatus with respect to a container during driveby pickup operations.

  • Patent number: 4103965
Abstract: A fishing chair comprising a pair of inverted U-shaped, two-legged folding leg sections wherein one leg of each section is pivotally secured to one leg of the other section. A collapsible seat member is carried by the upper ends of the leg sections. The connected legs are in substantially parallel adjacent relationship with each other when in a folded position and are angularly positioned relative to each other and to a supporting surface when opened. A rigid tackle box including a bottom section and a lid hingedly secured thereto is detachably secured between the legs of one of the leg sections. A pair of pins removably extend through the legs of the said one leg section and are received by openings formed in opposite ends of the lid.
