Abstract: A device for supporting an item on a structure includes a spanner portion, a first end portion, and a second end portion. The spanner portion includes first and second ends, and a mounting side between the first and second ends for facing a mounting surface of the structure. The first end portion extends laterally from the mounting side at the first end of the spanner portion, and the second end portion extends laterally from the mounting side at the second end of the spanner portion. At least one attachment portion is disposed on at least one of the first end portion and the second end portion and is configured to support at least a portion of the item. The spanner portion is selectively adjustable in length to secure the structure between the first and second end portions of the device.

The pumpkin décor kit may comprise a support base that is formed to give the appearance of a statuette with a supported pumpkin forming part of the figurine. Further, in some embodiments, the décor kit may further include a covering to wrap or surround the support base, and/or accessories to further adorn the statuette.

Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present invention, an electric knife is provided that includes a blade that is adapted to cut the pulp and shell of pumpkins and other fruits and vegetables but not readily cut the skin and flesh of humans. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the electric knife also includes a shield that that is adapted to prevent fruit or vegetable matter from entering the housing of the electric knife.

Abstract: Tool implements are provided for use in manipulating of target substrates and materials, such as soil, plant or vegetable matter, and other materials. The tools include a body portion, a retaining strap and an aperture formed therebetween. All or a portion of one or more fingers of a human hand may be inserted through the aperture. When the user manipulates the tool implement, the retaining strap assists in retaining the users hand in close contact with the body member. The tool implements provide reinforcement and stability to the user's hand. The tool implements also provide one or more of a variety of tools that extend from the user's fingertips for manipulating target substrates. The tool implements also shield all or a portion of the user's hand from direct contact with the target substrates and materials, and in some embodiments, further protect the user's hand from being soiled.

Abstract: Support devices are provided which are adapted for releasably mounting items on structures, such as structures constructed of brick, stone, concrete or cinder block, or other comparable materials. The devices comprise expander and support portions, the expander portion comprising two inter-fitting wedge members which slidably and adjustably engage with each other for adjustable insertion and fixation within the gaps, such as mortar joints between bricks, stones or blocks. The support portion removably attaches to the expander portion, and supports items with support members in the form of hooks, clips, pegs, and the like.
