  • Publication number: 20260027613
Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a metal ribbon manufacturing system that can provide a uniform flow of molten metal throughout the ribbon manufacturing process by actively controlling the flow speed of molten metal using other means without relying on the self-weight of the molten metal. According to the above purpose, the present invention provides a metal ribbon manufacturing system in which a melting unit into which molten metal enters is configured in a vacuum chamber, a nozzle unit at the bottom of the melting unit is closed together with the melting unit and evacuated to vacuum-melt a substance and the nozzle unit is open, then gas is injected into the vacuum chamber where the melting unit is configured to pressurize the molten metal so that the molten metal flows to the nozzle unit, and the flow speed of the molten metal can be precisely controlled by the gas injection.

  • Publication number: 20250128322
Abstract: An objective of the present disclosure is to provide an injection device that can manufacture spherical and defect-minimized powder. In accordance with the objective, the present disclosure provides an EIGA-type composite injection device that can inject both of gas and water. That is, the composite injection device of the present disclosure manufactures amorphous spherical powder by forming fine spherical pre-powder by injecting high-temperature gas at high pressure to a stream of liquid metal melted through an injector coil and then by inject water immediately before the pre-powder solidifies.

  • Publication number: 20250065402
Abstract: An ultrafine powder manufacturing system is described. The system comprises a tube made of ceramic or quartz and a fine nozzle integrally formed in the lower part of the tube, wraps the outside of the tube with an induction heater to melt a metal raw material supplied into the tube and cause it to flow through the nozzle, and supplies a spray gas through orifices arranged to surround the nozzle in a state spaced apart from the nozzle to spray the gas onto the flowing melt to manufacture ultrafine powder.
