Abstract: A system that receives a portion of the content of a clinical note in an active first field, switching the active first field to be inactive, searching at least one database based on the content of the clinical note, wherein searching is triggered upon switching the active first field to be inactive, and presenting one or more relevant results resulting from searching the at least one database on the clinical note. A clinical note system is also described that has client registration module, an insurance billing module and a clinical notes module.
