Abstract: The present invention provides tissue plasminogen activator antibody molecules and their uses. More particularly, the presently-disclosed invention provides humanised antibody molecules which specifically bind tissue plasminogen activator (TPA) and their use in treating TPA induced haemorrhage, in particular treating systemic haemorrhage such as brain haemorrhage after treatment of ischemic stroke or myocardial infarction, or systemic bleeding after TPA treatment of pulmonary embolism, ischemic stroke or myocardial infarction.
