Abstract: The invention provides a method of evaluating utility usage of an organization that involves storing in computer memory data representing one or more facilities or processes operated by the organization and storing in computer memory data representing one or more utility sources, each facility or process using one or more of the utility sources. The invention calculates the utility consumption from each utility source for at least one facility and generates a report detailing utility usage of one or more of the facilities, or part thereof, of the organization The invention also provides a related utility usage evaluation system.
