Publication number: 20220032973Abstract: A method and mechanism for initiating an emergency stop for an unattended railcar is disclosed. The method may include using a trip arm placed alongside the railway tracks at a designated stop point that may contact a portable trip-cock lever arm that extends out beyond the perimeter of the railcar if the railcar reaches the stop point as it moves along the track. The trip-cock lever arm may be attached to a valve that is connected to the pneumatic brake system of the unattended railcar. As the trip-cock lever arm rotates, the valve may open to release the air pressure in the pneumatic brake system causing the brakes to engage the wheels causing the railcar to stop.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 18, 2021Publication date: February 3, 2022Applicant: Enersul Inc.Inventors: Mark Charles Engelland, Trevor Michael Greer, David Alexander Shaw

Publication number: 20040156935Abstract: In a pastillation machine, an improved distribution system is provided. The distribution system comprises: a distribution bar having a bore extending therethrough, a series of holes located on an inlet surface of the bar, a series of slots located on an outlet surface of the bar, and a diffuser located in the bore of the bar, the diffuser being spaced between the inlet surface and the outlet surface. The series of holes of the distribution system aligns with flowable substance outlets of the pastillation machine. The pastillation machine can be used to form various hot liquid mixtures, including elemental sulphur and sulphur based fertilizers containing clay swelling matrix, and macronutrients (N, P, K) and micronutrients (Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn etc.).Type: ApplicationFiled: January 26, 2004Publication date: August 12, 2004Applicant: Enersul,Inc.Inventors: Patrick Mitchel Howard Lumley, Donald Valentine Joseph Lomenda, Charles Leo O'Donnell
