    Abstract: A fuel cell electrode and a method for forming the fuel cell electrode are disclosed. Initially, carbon nanotubes grafted with poly(citric acid) encapsulating platinum group metal nanoparticles are synthesized. The carbon nanotubes grafted with poly(citric acid) encapsulating platinum group metal nanoparticles are then electrospray deposited on an electrode of a fuel cell.
