    Abstract: Systems and methods described herein relate to assessing the quality of electrocatalyst-loaded disk electrodes. In one embodiment, a system that assesses the quality of electrocatalyst-loaded disk electrodes receives one or more images of a disk electrode on which an electrocatalyst has been deposited to produce an electrocatalyst-loaded disk electrode. The system also processes the one or more images using a machine-learning-based model trained to generate a prediction of a Koutecky-Levich (K-L) quality assessment of the electrocatalyst-loaded disk electrode. The system also accepts or reject inclusion of the electrocatalyst-loaded disk electrode in an electrochemical experimentation process based, at least in part, on the prediction.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a process for separating a hydrocarbon-containing feedstock stream by extractive distillation, wherein the feedstock stream is contacted with a water-soluble solvent for aromatics in countercurrent. An aliphatics fraction is distillatively removed as aliphatics product stream from the mixture obtained. The aromatics are stripped from the aromatics-enriched solvent that remains and the aromatics-depleted solvent is recycled in a solvent circuit, with compounds having a lower boiling point compared to the solvent accumulating in the solvent circuit as impurities. At least a substream of the solvent circuit is purified for removal of the impurities, wherein the substream for the purifying is subjected to a thermal separation process, in which the impurities are at least partly discharged in a top product and the purified solvent that remains is recycled into the solvent circuit. An apparatus for carrying out the process is also disclosed.

    Abstract: The invention provides a streptomyces graminearus strain, a streptomyces graminearus oil suspension, as well as its preparation method and application thereof. The streptomyces graminearus oil suspension contains streptomyces graminearus conidiospore powder, emulsifier, stabilizer, wetting dispersant, antioxidant, thickener, ultraviolet protectant, preservative and carrier oil. The use of carrier oil as the dispersion medium offers environmental friendliness, excellent permeability, adhesion properties, and resistance to rain washing. Additionally, the carrier oil enhances the spore germination of streptomyces graminearus. Furthermore, it has the advantages of low application cost, slow spore settling speed, easy to shake well when using, stable efficacy, long storage time, suitability for various spraying techniques and a simple preparation method. The spore survival time of the streptomyces graminearus oil suspension is prelonged, with a spore germination rate is as high as 85% after 18 months of storage.

    Abstract: The present application describes an intelligent hoisting method for a bridge deck crane system. The method involves determining the splicing heights at two key positions of the segment to be installed by measuring the alignment height of an already installed segment. The segment is hoisted, and the real-time heights at both positions are monitored. If one position reaches the splicing height while the other does not, the lifting point is adjusted until both positions align with their respective splicing heights. This method eliminates the need for reference marks or docking joints on the segment to be installed, thereby avoiding issues related to their precision and installation accuracy. Additionally, it simplifies the splicing operation by removing the need for pre-processing the segment, reducing the overall complexity of the process.
