Abstract: Disclosed are an Internet-message-based notification service providing apparatus and an operating method thereof. The present invention may provide an apparatus and method capable of providing a notification message service for preventing financial fraud, to a user free of charge by using a currently widely used Internet-based message service. The present invention may also provide a technology capable of successfully providing a notification message to a user by re-sending the notification message in the form of a mobile text message if the user does not read the notification message sent to the user by using an Internet-based message service.
