Abstract: Embodiments are directed to methods and systems for capturing data of a database record related to an event. Each record can comprise a record of a service provided to a consumer by a service provider of a plurality of service providers and a records management and processing system can comprise an intermediary between systems of the plurality of service providers and systems of a plurality of responsible entities. The records management and processing system can predict possible missing data in one or more records of the plurality of records in the database, select at least one record of the one or more records of the plurality of records predicted to have possible missing data, and initiate, for each selected record, a workflow for further processing of each selected record. The further processing can be directed to collecting the missing data.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to methods and systems for customizing a workflow for processing database records. More specifically, customizing a workflow for processing database records can comprise maintaining a first set of records associated with a first entity of a plurality of entities. An administrative interface comprising one or more options for workflow configuration can be presented and selection of at least one of the one or more options for workflow configuration can be received through the administrative interface. A custom workflow for the first entity can be defined based on the received selection of the at least one of the one or more options for workflow configuration. The first set of records can then be processed using the defined custom workflow.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to methods and systems for the processing of database records based on results of a dynamic query session. More specifically, one or more templates can be defined. Each template can relate to a pre-defined condition of one or more records of the plurality of records and can define a dynamic query session related to the one or more records and one or more actions directed to the one or more records. The records can be monitored for an occurrence of the pre-defined condition on at least one record. In response to detecting the occurrence of the pre-defined condition on the at least one record, the dynamic query session related to the at least one record can be launched and the one or more actions can be initiated based on results of the dynamic query session.

The records management and processing system can apply the rules to the records and assign tags to the records based on the received update information and the conditions defined in the applied rules. More specifically, processing EDI files includes importing an EDI file into an initial data frame table. Each data segment of the EDI file can be imported into a different row of the initial data frame table and the rows and columns of the initial data frame table can comprise an array of fields. Vectorization processing can then be performed on the array of fields in the initial data frame table. A set of one or more target tables can then be populated with data from the imported EDI file based on performing the vectorization processing on the array of fields in the initial data frame table.
