    Abstract: The present invention provides a spiral cylinder-shaped discharge unit for an ozone generator, wherein the discharge unit comprises at least one ground electrode, at least one insulating layer and at least one high voltage electrode that are stacked together and integrally curled into a number of spiral cylinder-shaped coils, wherein the high voltage electrode and the ground electrode are separated by the insulating layer, and gaps are respectively present between the ground electrode and the insulating layer, and between the insulating layer and the high voltage electrode. The discharge unit is applicable to various kinds of ozone generator and can significantly improve ozone productivity of a single discharge unit and reduce manufacture cost.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method of treating wastewater containing phosphorus and/or nitrogen for removing phosphorus and/or nitrogen from the wastewater, including following steps of: (a) introducing wastewater containing phosphorus and/or nitrogen into a an anaerobic reactor, treating the introduced wastewater with anaerobic microorganisms, to produce biogas from organic matters in the wastewater, and then discharging the treated wastewater saturated with carbon dioxide under carbon dioxide partial pressure of 0.2 to 0.5 atm; and (b) injecting the treated wastewater of step (a) into a carbon dioxide stripping apparatus wherein the wastewater is free-fallen to expose the wastewater to ambient condition with carbon dioxide partial pressure of less than 0.001 atm so that carbon dioxide stripping takes place and increase in pH occurs without addition of alkaline substance, and then providing proper pH of 8.4 to 9.6 to form struvite.

A baffle is provided on either or both of the upstream and downstream of at least one of the UV lamp module(s), and the bottom of the baffle extends to such an extent towards the bottom of the channel that it at least reaches within the effective radiation distance of the UV lamp module group towards the fluid surface. The fluid UV sterilization system according to the present invention can control the fluid level automatically and stably, and can be used for the sterilization of domestic sewage, industrial sewage, recycled water, tap water and other kinds of water.

Several sets of holes with the same diameter for scrubbing collars are provided on the opposite sides of each box with each set at the same height. Each UV lamp is separately installed within a protective sleeve passing through the scrubbing collars.
