Patents Assigned to EPSILON KRAN GMBH
  • Patent number: 11498815
Abstract: A crane control for a crane includes at least one operating unit operable by an operator for controlling working functions of the crane. Control signals can be input to actuators of the crane by the operating unit, and a mounting arrangement is provided for mounting the operating unit in a driving cab of the vehicle and a support arrangement connects the operating unit to the mounting arrangement. The support arrangement for the operating unit is supported limitedly moveably between at least two positions, a first position of which is in the form of a working position in which the operating unit is between a steering arrangement of the vehicle and a driving seat, and a second position of which is in the form of a storage position in which the operating unit is moved away from the steering arrangement of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 11198391
Abstract: A crane control for a crane includes a visualization apparatus which is adapted to generate a stereoscopically visualized camera image having depth information of a working environment of the crane for an operator of the crane control. The visualization apparatus is configured to generate in a representation overlying the camera image a graphic auxiliary representation representing a dimension which can be recognized per se in the camera image. Furthermore, the visualization apparatus includes a display device which displays the stereoscopically visualized camera image together with the overlying graphic auxiliary representation.

  • Patent number: 10968083
Abstract: A crane includes an image acquisition system arranged to be raised and lowered by a lifting device for acquisition of a region of a crane environment. The image acquisition system is arranged on a jib that extends straight, of the lifting device. The image acquisition system is moveable upwardly by an extension of the jib from a lift column and is lowerable by retraction of the jib into the lift column into a transport position in which the jib is disposed substantially completely in the lift column and the image acquisition system is moved towards the lift column. The image acquisition system is arranged on a tip of the jib forming a highest point of the jib.

  • Patent number: 10927863
Abstract: A hydraulic rotational drive for rotating load-handling equipment relative to a crane arm includes a shaft, which has a first securing element for connecting the shaft to the load-handling equipment or the crane arm, a shaft bearing, which has second securing element for connecting the shaft bearing to the crane arm or the load-handling equipment, vanes arranged in the shaft which can be acted on by oil via an oil feed, and an oil discharge for the transmission of a torque to the shaft. The rotational drive also has a rotary encoder for the detection of the angular position of the shaft relative to the shaft bearing.

  • Patent number: 8596474
Abstract: A crane, in particular a vehicle crane, includes a first crane arm and at least one second crane arm which are connected together by a joint. The crane arms are pivotable relative to each other by a drive having a piston-cylinder unit, in each case starting from one of the two end positions in which the crane arms are in substantially mutually parallel relationship until reaching a dead point when the longitudinal axis of the piston-cylinder unit is substantially on a line with the joint. There is provided at least one second drive by which it is possible to go beyond the dead point position of the piston-cylinder unit relative to the joint.

  • Publication number: 20130216343
Abstract: A device includes at least one telescopic crane jib having a boom and a boom extension. A working implement is fixed to the telescopic crane jib by a rotary joint arranged at the boom extension and which has two mutually spaced rotary bearings. Hydraulic lines lead from the boom between the spaced rotary bearings of the rotary joint to the working implement. In the region of that end of the boom extension, at which the rotary joint is arranged, is a guide or the hydraulic lines, which guides the hydraulic lines from the boom extension to the region between the spaced rotary bearings of the rotary joint.
