  • Patent number: 12289158
Abstract: Disclosed is a data transmission method in a mobile communication system. The data transmission method through a code sequence in a mobile communication system includes grouping input data streams into a plurality of blocks consisting of at least one bit so as to map each block to a corresponding signature sequence, multiplying a signature sequence stream, to which the plurality of blocks are mapped, by a specific code sequence, and transmitting the signature sequence stream multiplied by the specific code sequence to a receiver.

  • Publication number: 20250039949
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) is configured to monitor, in discontinuous reception (DRX) operation and in a radio resource control connected (RRC_CONNECTED) state, physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs) during a first active time. The UE is further configured to receive, during the first active time, a PDCCH indicating a first new downlink transmission addressed to a cell radio network temporary identifier (C-RNTI) of the UE and receive the first new downlink transmission, based on the PDCCH addressed to the C-RNTI. The UE is configured to start or restart a DRX Inactivity Timer based on the PDCCH indicating the first new downlink transmission addressed to the C-RNTI. The UE is configured to monitor, in DRX operation and in RRC_CONNECTED state, PDCCHs during a second active time and then receive, during the second active time, a PDCCH indicating a second new downlink transmission addressed to a system information radio network temporary identifier (SI-RNTI).

  • Patent number: 12127264
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) receives a timing advance medium access control (MAC) control element. The UE applies a timing advance command of the timing advance MAC control element and to start or restart a time alignment timer. The UE releases physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources and releases any assignment sounding reference signal (SRS) resources, when the time alignment timer expires. The UE flushes hybrid automatic request (HARQ) buffers, when the time alignment timer expires or is stopped.

  • Patent number: 11672018
Abstract: A mobile communication technology, and, more particularly, a method for efficiently transmitting data stored in a message 3 (Msg3) buffer and a user equipment for the same is disclosed. The method of transmitting data by a user equipment in uplink includes receiving an uplink (UP) Grant signal from a base station on a specific message, determining whether there is data stored in a message 3 (Msg3) buffer when receiving the UL Grant signal on the specific message, determining whether the specific message is a random access response message, and transmitting the data stored in the Msg3 buffer to the base station using the UL Grant signal received on the specific message, if there is data stored in the Msg3 buffer when receiving the UL Grant signal on the specific message and the specific message is the random access response message.
