Abstract: A device (1) for example for a scan system, a deposit of documents, receipts, or similar flat objects (2) in a secured sequence in which the objects (2) are fed through a slot (9) of a rotary body (8) to a conveyer device (7) and are pushed therefrom to a stack of the receipts or objects, and the conveyer device (7) can be stopped when the rear edge of the receipt or object (2), seen in the direction of feed, is still arranged in the slot area of the rotary body (8). In this way, the rotation of the rotary body (8) can be triggered, causing the slot (9) to be rotated away from the end of the receipt (2), i.e. the end of the receipt slips out of the slot (9) or leaves it, however remains in the area of the rotary body (8), with an exterior of the body forming a hold-down unit for the end of the receipt while the next receipt (2) being fed. Any insertion of the next receipt under the previous receipt (2) is therefore prevented.

Abstract: A printing device (1) is provided having a housing (2) and an inkjet printing head (3) which is arranged therein. The printing device is used to print electronically stored data, for example in an internal device memory, on a printing area. The inkjet printing head (3) can be displaced in relation to a printing area in a direction of printing and can be arranged fixed or adjustable in the housing (2) in relation therewith, such that no separate drive is required for advancement thereof.
