    Abstract: A multipurpose bag comprising first and second bag sections releasably joined along their peripheries so that a compartment is defined between the bag sections. Access to the compartment can be obtained from the top of the multipurpose bag and handles are provided to facilitate carrying of the bag. At least one of the bag sections carries a resilient pad and the other of the bag sections is openable to carry various different items.
