    Abstract: A removable cover assembly to provide or extend shading or precipitation coverage that can be mounted to a plurality of locations, including a fence or the rod holders of a boat. The cover assembly is collapsible for portability and ease of storage. The cover assembly further includes a cover unit mounted to the collapsible frame in a manner that creates a high arch to maximize airflow, shade, and clearance underneath the cover assembly. The entire present invention can be stored and transported in a slim storage assembly.
