Patent number: 10426859Abstract: A device for releasing volatile substances comprising a container containing the volatile substances located in a fixed position, and means for generating an air flow in order to release the volatile substances, the means for generating an air flow comprising a movable body, the movement of which generates the air flow; at least one magnet arranged on said movable body; and means for generating magnetic flux, the actuation of which causes the displacement of the movable body by means of the repulsion force between said at least one magnet in the movable body and the magnetic flux. The device enables energy consumption to be improved by using magnetically assisted periodic low-consumption actuation.Type: GrantFiled: December 10, 2015Date of Patent: October 1, 2019Assignee: ZOBELE ESPA{grave over (N)}A, S.A.Inventors: Sergio Luque Vera, Dominic Doyle, Chao Hsu Lee

Patent number: 9476407Abstract: In a first aspect, the present invention provides a method of operating a wind turbine having a rotor with a plurality of blades, a nacelle, one or more pitch systems for pitching the blades, a system for determining a speed of the rotor, and a system for determining a fore-aft speed of the nacelle. The method comprises determining the speed of the rotor, determining the fore-aft speed of the nacelle, and calculating a difference between the determined speed of the rotor and a predefined speed of reference of the rotor. After, pitch commands are obtained by performing a PID control of this calculated difference of speeds, said PID control being tuned for adapting the sensitivity of the PID control as a function of the determined fore-aft speed of the nacelle. Then, the one or more pitch systems pitch the blades in accordance with said obtained pitch commands.Type: GrantFiled: March 25, 2014Date of Patent: October 25, 2016Assignee: ALSTOM RENOVABLES ESPA{tilde over (E)}A, S.L.Inventor: Isaac Pineda Amo

Patent number: 8475040Abstract: X-ray apparatus that allows performing tomosynthesis as well as lateral thoracic radiographs from the stretcher itself, for which is comprises a fixed column and a revolving base that can move vertically along the fixed column, as well as rotate. Associated to this revolving base is a folding board and a support base for an arm of the x-ray tube and collimator assembly, with the specific property that the x-ray tube arm can turn independently of the detector, and the rotation of the revolving base is performed about an axis adjoining one of the sides of the fixed column, so that when the assembly is rotated it is possible to perform lateral thoracic radiographs without having to move patients from the stretcher on which they have been brought.Type: GrantFiled: March 4, 2009Date of Patent: July 2, 2013Assignee: Socledad Espa{umlaut over (n)}ola de Electromedicina y Calidad, S.A.Inventors: David Sanchez Calvo, Ildefonos Moreno Vallejo

Patent number: 7509980Abstract: The present invention relates to ventilation tubing comprising, from the inside to the outside, a bush (1), an insulating layer (2) and a cover sheet (3). Said ventilation tubing is characterized in that the insulating layer is a quartz fiber wool of which the specific surface weight illustratively is between 65 and 140 g/m2. The bush (1) and/or the cover sheet (3) may be a plastic sheet exhibiting a weave of interlacing filaments. In particular the present invention applies to aircraft ventilation circuit tubings.Type: GrantFiled: October 31, 2003Date of Patent: March 31, 2009Assignee: ESPAInventors: Manuel Nogueira, Patrick Dupont, Etienne Bruet
