Abstract: A bed plane with improved structure, comprising a plurality of slats, arranged transversally to the frame (10) of the bed and connected to it through slat-holders, includes a series of stems or pistons (11), each connected with one or more of the aforementioned slats and associated with a respective spring (12) for vertical sliding; each piston carries a pulley or sliding guide (15) for the transmission of motion, which occurs thanks to flexible members (16), such as cords, belts, chains and cables, fixed to the frame (10) of the bed plane. The pistons (11), connected to the slats, react to the pressures exerted by the body lying down on the bed plane, compensating for the sinking created by the heaviest parts of the body, i.e. those parts between the shoulders and the pelvis, with an upward thrust, supporting the lighter parts, in other words the back and kidneys.
Abstract: A bed rest with modular structure comprising a perimetrical bearing frame or bed base (17) and a plurality of elements supporting a body lying down, such as slats (12), which are connected to a supporting frame (11), that is positioned and fixed upon the perimetrical bearing frame (17), through fixing means (18, 23) provided in correspondence of the four angles of the two frames (11, 17); the bearing frame (17) and the supporting frame (11) have the same shape and the same dimensions of length of their respective beams (10, 25). Furthermore, the assembly of the bed rest is feasible for both bed rests with a fixed structure and bed rests with an articulate structure.
Abstract: A mattress (10) with interactive elastic elements, comprising a number of hollow polyhedrons (11) with an octagonal base, made of an elastic and/or yielding material, arranged in longitudinal rows (12), interconnected and held in position within each row (12) by linings (30) made of a textile material enclosing the individual rows (12) of polyhedrons (11) or by guide bars (13) attaching to them by coupling devices (14) arranged on two lateral faces (15) opposing each other. Under the weight of an outstretched body (30) on the surface (21) of the mattress (10), each elastic polyhedron (11) compresses while bulging out transversally and exerting a pressure on the adjacent elastic elements (11), thus expanding them in length.
