Abstract: The present invention is directed to a recloseable bag, comprising front and rear panels joined together along a joined region at lateral and bottom sides to define an inner pocket, the panels defining a principal opening at a top side thereof for removably receiving contents into the inner pocket; and a resealable closure having first and second lateral ends and disposed on a top side of the panels and configured for releasably joining the panels at the top side to releasably close the principal opening to retain the contents in the inner pocket wherein the front and rear panels define an assistive opening for facilitating opening of the bag for insertion and removal of the contents.

Abstract: A customizable folder is disclosed. The folder has an edge portion missing from a cover thereof, and is adapted to receive thereto a complementary piece to complete the space formed by the missing edge portion. Also disclosed is a kit for a customizable folder comprising a customizable folder and a plurality of complementary pieces.

Abstract: A stapler has an anvil leg that supports an anvil plate in the front region, a staple magazine which can be swivelled to a limited degree about a transverse pin on a bearing block in the rear region of the anvil leg, and a driver leg which can be swivelled to a limited degree relative to the staple magazine and the anvil leg about the transverse pin. The driver leg supports a driver for guiding the staples through a gap at the front end of the staple magazine. The stapler has at least one guiding element which is arranged between the anvil plate and the bearing block. The guiding element longitudinally extends between the anvil leg and the staple magazine, is fixedly connected to the anvil leg, and is guided in a longitudinally movable manner within a guiding opening in a bottom wall of the staple magazine.

Abstract: The invention relates to a suspension file (10, 110) for accepting documents, comprising a web (12) made of foldable material with two top edges (14) and two lateral edges (16) which interconnect the top edges (14). The web (12) is folded on a bottom (20) of the file so as to form at least one fold (18) and is provided with two sidewalls (22) that extend from the bottom (20) of the file to the top edges (14). Hooks (26) that project from the lateral edges (16) are attached to the top edges (14). The suspension file (10, 110) further comprises at least one reinforcement element (36) which is connected to the web (12) and extends from one top edge (14) to the other along one of the lateral edges (16). According to the invention, the at least one reinforcement element (36) is arranged at a distance from the respective lateral edge (16).

Abstract: A file having first and second cover panels pivotally connected to each other at a hinge for movement between an open and closed position may be provided. The cover panels can overlap each other in the closed position to contain papers of a predetermined size therebetween. One or more superimposed pocket panels can be coupled to an inside of the first cover panel to define overlapping pockets dimensioned to hold the papers. The pocket panels can have first edge portions that define openings to the pockets, and the first edge portions can be staggered. The pocket panels may include an outermost pocket panel with an additional coupled edge. A labeling member can be provided that is associated with each pocket panel and configured for displaying identification information. The labeling members can extend beyond papers held in the pockets and can comprise tabs that can be staggered from each other.

Abstract: A filing device having retractable tabs is disclosed. The tabs are movable between a retracted position and an extended position, such as to selectively position tabs that are extended along an edge of a folder or divider.

Abstract: The invention relates to a document folder (10, 110, 200) with a document pocket (12), defined by a front cover (14) and a back cover (16) made of plastic foil, used for holding documents, comprising a label strip (24) movable in relation to the document pocket (12) that, in a first position, extends at least partially beyond the outline of the document pocket (12) on one first side (20). According to the invention, the label strip (24) is permanently connected to the document pocket (12) and can be folded into a second position, around a fold (22) parallel to the first side (20), onto the front cover (14) or the back cover (16).

Abstract: A modular locking binder system is disclosed having a channel is coupled to the binder spine. The channel has an open end and a constricted region. A channel block is located at the open end of said channel and is configured to block and unlock the channel opening. The modular locking binder system is configured to removably hold a document module within the channel. The document module includes a module spine having a widened portion configured to operatively engage and be restrained by the constricted region of the channel. By either obstructing or un-obstructing the channel with the channel block, it is possible to removeably secure the document module within the channel when the widened ends of the document module are operatively engaged and restrained by the constricted portions of the channel.

Abstract: A file with a card-receiving recess is disclosed. The file comprises a first panel comprising a first layer and a backing layer, that contains an opening extending from the first layer to the backing layer, and a second panel hingedly associated with the first panel. The backing layer is configured to support a displayed sheet element in a position such that it is visible through the opening of the first layer, and the displayed sheet element is at least partially received within the thickness of the first surface and the backing layer. The backing layer contains an adhesive disposed thereon within the opening for securing the displayed sheet element to the backing.
