Abstract: The invention relates, in a chill-molding machine, to an adjustable device for coupling the driving yoke of the side parts of a mold to a jack for operating this yoke. This device is constituted by a part fast to the rod of the jack mounted to slide in the transverse part of the yoke and immobilizable in this part by a clamp borne by the yoke. The invention has application in the foundry field.
Abstract: The invention relates to a centrifugal casting machine, comprising on a base stand, a rotating assembly consisting of a mold, a bracket for stripping and releasing the casting. After solidification, the mold is opened by means of a plate movable vertically of the assembly and the upper part of the mold is gripped and transferred by the bracket straight above a position where the casting attached thereto is released. The mold is then closed again and rotated for the next casting.
