The processor transitions into a power saving mode in a case where an error occurs in the image forming unit, stops the alarm, and notifies the error by the external alert device connected to the external interface, and the processor stops the notification of the error by the external alert device in a case of returning from the power saving mode, and notifies the error by the alarm.

The operation information indicates an operating status of a target object including an electronic device and a component of the electronic device.
