Abstract: A wall structure for retaining earth, the wall structure including a plurality of wall members, each wall member having an upper edge, a lower edge, and a respective first end edge and second end edge at either end of its length, each of the first end edge and second end edge having at least one knuckle formation adapted for engagement with a pin member; the at least one knuckle formation of the first end edge of a first wall member, and the at least one knuckle formation of the second end edge of a second wall member receiving a pin member to provide a hinged connection between the first wall member and second wall member.
