Abstract: A cutting-angle adjustable bandsaw is provided with a base, a first mounting seat, a second mounting seat, a first saw table, a second saw table, a first drive unit, a second drive unit, a bandsaw unit and an adjustment unit. The first and second drive units can make the first and second saw tables move to different horizontal planes, so as to adjust the band blade riding between the drive wheel and the assistant wheel to an inclined position, so that the cutting angle of the band blade is changed to reduce the contact area between the band blade and the object to be cut.

Abstract: A double-saw band saw machine includes a base, a first band saw unit, a second band saw unit, a feeding unit and a clamp unit. When an object to be sawn is located in a sawing area between the first and second band saw units, the first and second motors control the first and second frames to move toward each other along the first axial direction, so that the first and second band saw blades can be used to cut the object to be sawn simultaneously. Hence, the sawing efficiency of the double-saw band saw machine is improved, and the replacement interval for the first and second band saw blades is extended.

Abstract: A double-acting pipe cutting band saw apparatus and method for using the same are capable of cutting a relatively large workpiece with a relatively small size band saw blade, furthermore, it improves the cutting efficiency and life of the band saw blade. Since the pipe to be cut is put on a rotary table which is mounted a slide table, it can be continuously rotated and moved with respect to the band saw assembly during the cutting operation. Hence, the pipe to be cut can be completely cut by a band saw blade whose operable cutting length of the band saw blade does not have to be larger than the diameter of the pipe, which reduces cutting time while improving cutting efficiency. The service life of the band saw blade is extended since the cutting operation is not just performed by the rotation of the band saw blade.

The movable member and the fixing member each have a rack, and the racks are in parallel to each other. The rod includes a gear shaft engaged with the racks. When the movable clamp arm moves to accommodate the size of a workpiece, the rack of the movable member drives the gear shaft to move along the rack of the fixing member, which causes position change of the rod, so that the rod is automatically moved to a position where it can detect the workpiece in a reliable manner. Therefore, the size of the workpiece to be clamped is not limited by the position of the rod anymore.
