    Abstract: A release apparatus for a load on a device, in particular on an underwater device, includes a hook device, with which a hook is mounted on a hook-holding device such that it can rotate about a rotational axis and can be displaced between a closed and a released position by rotation about the rotational axis with the aid of a hook actuation mechanism. The apparatus includes a load rest, which is formed on the hook and in which a holding element of the load rests when in the non-released state, and a restricted guidance device, which is configured to guide the load in an ejection direction when released, wherein, when the holding element of the load rests on the load rest, the hook in the closed position is torque-free with respect to a torque exerted by the load on the hook in relation to the rotation about the rotational axis.

    Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method to diversify the chemical composition of proteins produced in vivo comprising the step of disabling, particularly by mutagenesis, the editing function of one of its aminoacyl tRNA synthetases.     Abstract: A process and system for the transfer of information, which is suitable in particular for digital information transfer. At least one information signal is created, consisting of at least one reference component and at least one information component, wherein at least one of these components has a temporally continuous frequency change during the transfer and, in addition, the reference component and the information component form discrete states for the provision of bit patterns. After receiving, the at least one component with frequency change is transferred into constant intermediate frequencies. From the spectrum of the constant intermediate frequencies, in each case the best-suited signal components are selected, separated as constant frequencies from interference portions and evaluated with regard to the relevant information parameters. This allows a signal transfer with high quality and high transfer rate, even over great distances, for example, under water.
