  • Patent number: 11047561
Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat sink structure and a flexible light-emitting device with heat sink structures. The heat sink structure according to the present invention dissipates heat through a heat sink part. A hooking part on one end of the heat sink structure hooks a fixing part of another heat sink structure for forming flexible and bendable heat sink structures. Bending the heat sink structures gives a first nonlinear structure. The flexible light-emitting device can be disposed on the heat sink structures. The heat generated by the flexible light-emitting device can be removed by the heat sink structures. The heat sink structures can adapt to lamps with various designs. Then the design freedom and reliability of lamps can be improved.

  • Patent number: 10302266
Abstract: A vehicular headlamp includes a reflector, a lighting element and a shade with a reflection body. The shade is fixed to the reflector, with the reflection body extending forward from the front end of the shade. The reflection body includes a reflective surface inclined to face a front of the headlamp and a supplemental light plane inclined to face a rear of the headlamp. The lighting element emits light to the reflector, which is then reflected towards the upper surface of the shade, the reflective surface of the reflection body, and the supplemental light plane, before being projected as a main light beam towards an outside of the vehicle. The reflective surface and the supplemental light plane redirect at least a portion of light from a lower part of the main light beam and the supplemental light plane redirect at least a portion of projected on an opposite lane, an upper part of the main light beam.

  • Patent number: 10260708
Abstract: A direct emitting LED illumination module for eliminating chromatic dispersion improves a vehicular LED lamp to comply with related regulations. The LED illumination module includes a LED light source and a plano-convex lens. The LED light source is located at the focus of the plano-convex lens. The LED light source emits light to the plane of the plano-convex lens, and the light exits from the convex surface of the plano-convex lens. The plano-convex lens focuses the light to form a desirable light pattern. Besides, the plane of the plano-convex lens has a microstructure thereon to suppress the angular correlated color temperature deviation of the light pattern and eliminate chromatic dispersion.

  • Patent number: 10018318
Abstract: A lighting structure of a vehicular headlamp module includes a reflector, and a base is located under the reflector and has a lighting element. A shade is integrated at the base, and its central region has a shape of arc and protrudes toward the base. A top of a first reflection body has a reflective inclined plane, which is located at the front end of the base and in back of the shade, A second reflection body has a light-blocking inclined plane, which is located at the front end of the base and in front of the shade and located at the other side of the prominent point. A projection lens set is connected with the base. The light emitted from the lighting element is transmitted through, reflected to and refracted by the projection lens set to form a clear light-distributed pattern that prevents from glare.

  • Publication number: 20150214706
Abstract: A watertight and dustproof power cable gland comprises an annular base having a hole at the center thereof and having a groove along the sidewall thereof, wherein the groove has a protrusion member on the bottom thereof; a curved pipe interconnecting with the hole, wherein inner walls of the hole and curved pipe jointly form an inclined surface; and at least one fixing ring arranged on an external surface of the curved pipe. The watertight and dustproof power cable gland is installed on a separation board, and the protrusion member tightly contacts the separation board. A power cable passes the annular base and the curved pipe and is bound up with the opening of the curved pipe by a fixing strap. The present invention prevents liquid, dust and insects from entering an electric device via the cable gland and makes the cable gland less likely to drop out.

  • Publication number: 20030227020
Abstract: A light emitting apparatus with current regulated function includes a light emitting diode (LED), and an integrated circuit chip (IC chip). The IC chip regulates current through the LED. Therefore current is constant and does not change with different kind of LED or different level of voltage. When voltage is reversed, the IC chip regulates reverse current to flow through the IC chip and regulates reverse current not to flow through the LED.
