Abstract: Among other things, techniques, apparatus, systems and non-transitory computer-readable medium are disclosed for implementing interactive text-based dialogs. In one aspect, a method performed by a server device can include receiving, at the server device, a request to initiate a text-based dialog session from a user operating at a client device. The user can be authenticated. Additionally, a text-based message can be received from the user requesting a response from the server device. A reply text based message can be delivered to the user, and the contents of the reply text based message can be obtained based on a context of the text based message from the user.
