Abstract: Systems and methods for a lighting device are described. The lighting device can comprise a plurality of headlamps, a rechargeable battery, and a controller. The controller can be configured to perform one or more diagnostic tests.
Abstract: Described herein are embodiments of an electrical terminal test point that can be temporarily attached to an electrical terminal (e.g., terminal block) in order to provide an interface between the test leads/jumpers of a test device and the electrical contact points of the electrical terminal. In one aspect, embodiments of the electrical terminal test point provide a shield for the electrical contact points of the electrical terminal (whether or not being used for testing) from inadvertent contact and prevents test leads/jumpers of test device from accidentally falling off or being knocked off of their contact points. Electrical terminal test point can be installed and removed without affecting the electrical connections made by electrical terminal (e.g., without removing terminal screws of electrical terminal).
Abstract: A system is provided for simulating an operating environment of a power plant control room (e.g., a nuclear power plant control room). The system may include a simulator configured to simulate the operating environment of the control room, and a simulation computer in communication with the simulator, wherein the simulation computer may be configured to perform a plurality of real-time calculations associated with modeling the operating environment of the control room. The simulator and the simulation computer may include only standard off-the-shelf components.

Abstract: The present invention is a novel method for removing tritium oxide contamination from a solution with water. The method captures the tritium oxide in a much smaller volume suitable for economical disposal. In so doing the original water is decontaminated of the tritium oxide and may be discharged.

Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods of emergency lighting comprising one or more light emitting diode (LED) lamps with a low-maintenance or maintenance-free battery. In one aspect, the battery is a sealed lead-acid battery. In one aspect, the battery is an absorbent glass mat (AGM) battery. In one aspect, the LED lamps can be a part of a LED assembly that can include an integrated voltage regulator. In one aspect, the one or more lamps are parabolic aluminized reflector luminares, or PAR lights such as PAR 46 light assemblies.
