Abstract: The medical therapy arrangement has a garment tightly arranged at a subject and provided with electrodes at an inner surface of the garment and in electrical contact to a skin of the subject. A connection unit has connection elements electrically connected to the electrodes via separate connection lines being flexible and elastic and integrated into the garment. A connection board has connection pads electrically connected to the control unit that provides each electrode as one of anode, cathode or being disconnected and an integrated part of the garment. The connection board is detachably attachable to the connection unit. The connection unit and the connection board, when attached to each other, are positioned in relation to each other to electrically connected the connection pads to mating connection elements. The connection board and the connection unit have an essentially planar extension and made from a rigid material.
Abstract: The garment has a first sub-control unit or master unit electrically connected to a first electrode and a second electrode placed at a first muscle or first nerve and a third electrode and a fourth electrode placed at a second muscle or second nerve. The garment has sensors attached to the garment and electrically connected to the first sub-control unit or master unit. The sensors measure position, electrical signals or movement of the patient wearing the garment. The first sub-control or the master unit receives information about the position or movement and comparing the position, electrical signals or movement to an interval of pre-stored desirable positions, electrical signals levels or movement. When the position, electrical signals or movement is outside the interval, the master unit sends through the first sub-control unit a stimulation signal to the first muscle to cause or facilitate a contraction of the first muscle.
Abstract: A first electrode, a second electrode, a third electrode and a fourth electrode are placed on a head of the patient. The electrodes are electrically connected to a master unit or sub-control unit that generates a first stimulation signal, during a first time period, to the first and second electrodes to stimulate the brain inside the head. The third and fourth electrodes receive a first brain signal, during a second time period, and forwards the first brain signal to the master unit or sub-control unit which analyzes the first brain signal and adapting a second stimulation signal based on information in the first brain signal.
Abstract: A garment worn by the patient is provided. The garment has a first module electrically connected to a second module. The first module has a first sub-control unit electrically connected to a first electrode and a second electrode placed at a first muscle and a third electrode and a fourth electrode placed at a second muscle. The sub-control unit is electrically connected to a master unit. The first muscle is stimulated with a first stimulation signal without shortening the first muscle by sending the first stimulation signal to the first electrode placed. The stimulation of the first muscle relaxes the second muscle.
