Abstract: The system is configured to perform a process that comprises receiving, by a processor, one or more video feeds from one or more video devices; determining, by the processor using optical character recognition (OCR) in real-time, text that exists in the one or more video feeds; associating, by the processor, geographic coordinates with the text; determining, by the processor using a text analyzer in real-time, a subset of the text that includes personal health information (PHI); redacting, by the processor, at least a portion of the subset of the text that includes PHI based on the geographic coordinates, to create redacted one or more video feeds; and transmitting, by the processor, the redacted one or more video feeds to one or more remote users.

The system may be configured as a box with a plurality of different types of video input ports, an output port configured for interfacing with an input port of a video streaming device and a port selector configured to indicate which of the input ports is providing video signals to the output port.
