Abstract: Included are embodiments for facilitating delivery of an item. Accordingly, some embodiments of a method include sending notification to a plurality of clients, the notification indicating a scheduled pickup of items, receiving a response from at least one of the clients indicating confirmation of the desired service, and providing an interface to a delivery personnel indicating the at least one clients that confirmed the desired service. Some embodiments include providing a first route to reach the at least one client and deliver picked up items to an intermediate destination.
