Abstract: A monitoring system for mapping and monitoring inter-application communications in a computing ecosystem is described. The monitoring system provides consolidated visibility to computing ecosystems by providing end-to-end mapping and monitoring of inter-application communications and events, changes, incidents, and status information of applications, services, and systems. As described, the monitoring system is configured to (a) identify communication paths linking the host devices, (b) generate an ecosystem map based on the communication paths, (c) transmit a monitoring signal to the network, (d) receive a monitoring response from the host devices in response to the monitoring signal including at least a first status, (e) process the monitoring response with the ecosystem map to generate an active ecosystem map, and (f) display the active ecosystem map including the host devices and at least one status associated with the host devices.

Abstract: A query generation system includes memory hardware configured to store instructions and processor hardware configured to execute the instructions. The instructions include obtaining a definition of a query specifying a number of elements of the query. The instructions include identifying candidate query elements for the query that correspond to a set of multiple domains. The instructions include, based on the specified number, determining a target number for each of the domains. The instructions include optimizing a selection of query elements from among the candidates. Using data from prior queries, the optimization maximizes at least one of internal consistency of the selected query elements and correlation of the selected query elements with a reference query. The optimization selects the target number of query elements for the domains. The instructions include storing the selected query elements.

Abstract: An aspect of the present disclosure is related to a medication container that includes a receptacle with an interior, a bottom wall, and an open top. A refill indicator is disposed in the interior of the receptacle and in contact with the bottom wall and extends towards the open top. The refill indicator has a top surface. A plurality of pills are disposed in the receptacle, and a pill count of the pills is greater than a predetermined notification pill count such that at least one of the pills contacts the top surface of the refill indicator. The refill indicator is sized and shaped such that the top surface is free of pills when the pill count is at or is less than the notification pill count to notify a user that a refill may be necessary.

Abstract: A medication packaging system can include a tray with a slot and a literature receiving area to hold literature in a position above the slot, and a robotic arm with a literature grabbing mechanism that can have a plurality of fingers that extend parallel to one another. The plurality of fingers including a central finger and a pair of outer fingers that are located on opposite sides of the central finger which are relatively movable between a disengaged position on one side of the slot of the tray to an engaged position at least partially on the other side of the slot to engage and fold the literature in the literature receiving area of the tray. The robotic arm can move the literature and place it in a shipping bag or container.

Abstract: A hopper of a pharmaceutical counter comprises a housing defining an interior sized to hold a plurality of pharmaceuticals. The housing defines an outlet in communication with the interior that is sized and shaped to permit the plurality of pharmaceuticals to move therethrough. The hopper also includes a baffle supported by the housing and disposed in the interior. The baffle is disposed between upper and lower ends of the interior. The baffle is arranged to support a portion of the plurality of pharmaceuticals above the baffle when the plurality of pharmaceuticals is held in the interior of the housing. This relieves the head pressure of the pharmaceuticals at the outlet.

Abstract: The medication container includes a receptacle that has an inner space for holding medications. The cap assembly is coupled with the receptacle for retaining the medications in the inner space. The cap assembly includes at least one passage that can be selectively opened and closed and includes at least one medication sensor that is configured to detect any medications travelling through the passage and out of the receptacle in a contactless manner. A microprocessor is in electrical communication with the at least one medication sensor and with a memory. The microprocessor is configured to record data to the memory in response to the at least one medication sensor detecting a medication travelling through the passage. A wireless module is in electrical communication with the microprocessor for uploading the data to an external device.

Abstract: Methods and systems for performing dose regimen modification are provided. The methods and systems perform operations comprising: receiving prescription related data for treating a patient with an expected level of efficacy, the prescription related data comprising medication regimen information including dose and interval; determining, using a model, a first amount of drug waste based on the prescription related data; comparing the first amount of drug waste to a threshold value; and in response to determining that the first amount of drug waste transgresses the threshold value, identifying an alternate medication regimen that is associated with a treatment having a given level of efficacy corresponding to the expected level of efficacy, the alternate medication regimen being associated with a second amount of drug waste that is lower than the first amount of drug waste; and triggering a notification associated with the alternate medication regimen.

Abstract: A method includes receiving an indication that a record has been updated and determining a confidence score. The method includes, in response to a determination that the confidence score has not met a threshold, filtering a set of communications. The method includes determining whether the record change has met one or more of a set of validity criteria. The method includes, in response to a determination that the user record change has not met the set of validity criteria, based on a first outcome of a set of reporting criteria, automatically generating a prompt with a first suggested revision of the first change. The method includes, in response to a determination that the record change has not met the set of validity criteria, based on a second outcome of the set of reporting criteria, automatically revising the first change with the first suggested revision.

Abstract: Method and systems for product inventory are described. In one embodiment, an inventory surface unit retains a plurality of products in an unordered state. An inventory identification unit acquires information for an orientation, and location of the plurality of products on the inventory surface unit. The inventory identification unit is disposed above the inventory surface unit. An inventory pick unit is adapted to pick a product among the plurality of products from the inventory surface unit based on the orientation and location acquired by the inventory identification unit. The inventory pick unit is disposed proximal the inventory surface unit, and the inventory pick unit is communicatively connected to the inventory identification unit. Additional methods and systems are disclosed.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes receiving input data that is organized into a set of rows and a set of columns. A column of the set of columns includes data associated with a set of product types. A first row of the set of rows includes data associated with an individual of a set of individuals and a first product type of the set of product types. A second row of the set of rows includes data associated with the individual and a second product type of the set of product types. The method includes splitting the input data into a first data structure associated with the first product type and a second data structure associated with the second product type. The method includes generating output data that is organized into rows and columns by merging the first data structure and the second data structure into a unified data structure.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods relate to technology to receive an electronic request from a user device of a user to fill a prescription, identify that the prescription is associated with a first medicine, identify a first pharmacy that is capable of providing the first medicine, and predict site capacities for the first pharmacy for a plurality of dates. The technology further determines a subset of dates from the plurality of dates based on the site capacities, determines delivery dates for the first medicine based on the subset of dates, and provides the delivery dates to the user device.

Abstract: Methods and systems for medication delivery using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are provided. The methods and systems: determine a target destination for a regional payload consisting of one prescription drug item, by a server communicatively coupled to: (i) a distance UAV comprising a fixed-wing aircraft configured to travel point-to-point to a regional hub, and (ii) a plurality of local UAVs comprising rotary wing, multi-rotor aircrafts residing at the regional hub; transmit instructions to the distance UAV to fly to the regional hub with a distance payload including a plurality of regional payloads; transmit instructions to a local UAV, to: obtain the regional payload consisting of the one prescription drug item; transport the regional payload to the target destination; perform lateral movement and hover operations to access a delivery site of the target destination; and deliver the one prescription drug item by releasing the regional payload at the delivery site.

Abstract: A method for streaming data pipelines includes receiving, at a first update application programming interface, a global unique identifier corresponding an entity and information associated with the entity. The method also includes determining whether the global unique identifier exists in an entity database, the entity data being configured to store information associated with one or more entities and, in response to a determination that the global unique identifier does not exist in the entity database, performing a write command to write the global unique identifier to a registry. The method also includes determining whether the write command was successful, and, in response to a determination that the write command was unsuccessful: retrieving the global unique identifier written to the registry by a second update application programming interface; and updating the entity database with information associated with the global unique identifier.

Abstract: An example computer system includes a transactional database configured to store multiple data sources each corresponding to one of multiple applications, a standby database configured to store multiple rule schemas and multiple data schemas, and processor hardware configured to execute instructions to monitor for a change to stored data in one of the multiple data sources, via a change data capture process, replicate data from the transactional database to the standby database in response to an update indicated by the change data capture process, identify encrypted data in at least one data object of an updated data table of one of the data schemas of the standby database, extract data from the at least one data object to store decrypted data, wherein the standby database is an external database for the data extraction engine, and reload the decrypted data to one of the data schemas of the standby database.

Abstract: A medication filling system includes at least one automatic dispensing device with a plurality of cells that contain a plurality of different types of medications for dispensing into prescription containers. The medication filling system also includes a bulk and prep area that has a plurality of bulk up containers with medications to refill the plurality of cells in the automatic dispensing device. The bulk up containers include wireless tags with data that includes at least the type and quantity of the medications contained in the respective bulk up containers. At least one wireless sensor is positioned at an opening between the bulk and prep area and the at least one automatic dispensing device. The at least one wireless sensor is configured to monitor each time one of the bulk up containers passes through the opening into or out of the bulk and prep area.

Abstract: The shuttle system is configured to convey a container through a filling center. The shuttle system includes a shuttle and a base plate that is operably attached with the shuttle. A plurality of support members extends vertically upwardly from the base plate and surround a container receiving space. The support members are configured to directly contact side surfaces of the container and to support the container as the shuttle moves through the filling center without locking the container to the shuttle.

Abstract: The bottle measuring device includes a jig that has a floor. At least one wall extends upwardly from the floor and partially surrounds a bottle receiving space. The jig also includes a plurality of measurement markers that are spaced vertically apart from one another on the at least one wall to indicate a fill level of the bottle when the bottle is in the bottle receiving space of the jig. The bottle measuring device can be used during filling of a medication bottle in a pharmacy setting.
