Also described are photoreceptor cells, retinal pigmented epithelium, and 3D retinal organoid obtained from pluripotent stem cells. Also described are a pharmaceutical composition and a medicament containing the photoreceptor cells, retinal pigment epithelium, and 3D retinal organoid as described.
