Abstract: A computer-implemented method for processing data in which the input data are analyzed using a number of serially arranged filters defining a filter criterion and generating result data in a plurality of serial or parallel filtering method steps. The result data, corresponding to the filter criterion and including result values, are generated. A weighting factor is associated with each filter, and the number of filters in the filtering method steps is constant.
