Abstract: The present application provides an ultrasonic surgical instrument with a detachable cannula component, comprising a cannula component and an instrument body, wherein the instrument body comprises a scalpel bar for realizing an ultrasonic cutting effect. The cannula component is mounted on the instrument body or dismounted from the instrument body along the longitudinal axis of the scalpel bar by a detachable structure. The present application also provides another ultrasonic surgical instrument with a detachable cannula component, comprising a detachable cannula component and an instrument body, wherein the instrument body comprises a non-detachable internal cannula and a scalpel bar capable of realizing an ultrasonic cutting effect. Compared with the prior art, the ultrasonic surgical instrument with a detachable cannula component of the present application has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to mount and dismount and low in use cost.

Abstract: Disclosed is an end effector for a stapler, including a knife holder, and a staple cartridge unit and a staple anvil which are pivotally connected to achieve relative opening and closing. The staple cartridge unit includes a staple cartridge base and a detachable staple cartridge assembly. The knife holder includes a knife holder body and a limiting projection. The limiting projection is arranged between the knife holder body and the knife holder body. When the staple cartridge assembly is detached or mounted relative to the staple cartridge base, the limiting projection of the knife holder abuts against a proximal end portion of the staple cartridge base to stop the staple cartridge base. When the knife holder leaves the initial retraction position, the limiting projection of the knife holder is separated from the staple cartridge base.

Abstract: This application provides a linear stapler with an adjusting mechanism having wider adjusting scope and more suitable pressing force and being more convenient to operate, and including an adjusting shift lever with at least one step surface on each of upper and lower ends, an adjusting slider with multiple step surfaces on an end surface close to the adjusting shift lever, and an adjusting chassis having multiple step surfaces on an end surface close to the adjusting shift lever. The adjusting shift lever rotates with a shifted adjusting knob to generate relative displacement vertical to the step surface with the adjusting slider at one end and relative displacement vertical to the step surface with the adjusting chassis at the other end, and drive a nail abutting seat subassembly to rotate relatively to a nail bin seat, until the thickness of clamped tissue is consistent in near and far ends.
