    Abstract: An apparatus for heating a fuel comprising a block with a passageway, having an output and an input, for conducting fuel to be heated is disclosed. The block is composed of a heat conductive material. A heating element, embedded in the block, heats the block which conducts the heat to the fuel flowing through the passageway heating it to a predetermined temperature.
