Abstract: A knee brace for the correction of abnormalities of the knee such as varus or valgus knee, or for the various forms of osteoarthritis, consisting of a support structure with a sole direction of development, that is to say it comprises a single upright (11) for the femoral area and a single upright (12) for the tibial area, these uprights (11, 12) being connected and hinged to a single articulated joint (13), which can be positioned close to one side of the knee, generally the outer side in the case of varus knee or the inner side in the case of valgus knee.

Abstract: An articulated joint (11) for a knee brace to control femoral-patellar instability comprises a central support bracket (10) designated to be fixed to the patella area in order to carry out angular movements dynamically following the two reciprocally articulated sectors it connects, comprising a pair of plates (18,19) which enclose the ends of the uprights (16,17). The second plate (19) is thicker than the first and comprises a second housing which passes transversally through the plate and is designed to accommodate the sliding cursor support (15) of the patellar bracket (10). The movements of the patellar bracket (10) are imparted by a specially shaped lever (24).
Abstract: An articulated joint (10) for a knee brace with controllable angular movement comprises a plate (11) equipped with at least one pair of hinged couplings for respective uprights (12, 13) provided with means of constraint to the femur and to the tibia; the plate (11) presents a shaped central section (15) and at least one housing for a respective extractable insert (25, 26) designed to come into contact against the central section (15) and against at least one longitudinal end of one of the uprights (12, 13).

Abstract: A knee brace (10) consisting of an upper arch (12) positioned, when worn, above the knee and a lower arch (16) positioned, when worn, below the knee, connected to means of constraint for fixing to the limb, a first upright (13) equipped in its central part with a joint (15) consisting of a pair of respective rotating elements comprising toothed wheel portions prevented from reciprocally moving in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the brace, the first upright (13) presenting a first system designed to exert adjustable pressure on the knee joint and a second system designed to compensate the deformation of the first upright (13) in exerting this pressure, the first system consisting of a first micrometric angular hinge (20) positioned on the femoral part of the first upright (13) and a second micrometric angular hinge (21) positioned on the tibial part of the same upright (13), the brace having each of the respective rotating elements rigidly connected to a respective micrometric angular hinge element, a
