The medicament includes a mixture of Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, lanolin, petroleum jelly, colloidal silver, ti tree oil, zinc oxide and corn starch in appropriate proportions. Ingredient proportions may be varied to form an ointment or a paste having a thicker consistency than the ointment.
