    Abstract: The system analyses a spreadsheet data file to identify line items, where a line item is identified as a group of related cell data including identifier data indicating the meaning or purpose of data in the group, and a value or a series of values. Inter-dependencies among some or all of the identified line items are identified and analysed. An output file is produced containing data defining at least some of the identified line items and their inter-dependencies.
