Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and system for predicting a maintenance time of a plurality of equipment used in a facility. A facility management system receives a sensor data from one or more sensors. A cloud platform collects the sensor data. In addition, a defect diagnostic engine analysis the sensor data for detection of one or more defects in the one or more sensors and the plurality of equipment. Further, the defect diagnostic engine detects the one or more defects in the one or more sensors and the plurality of equipment. Furthermore, the defect diagnostic engine creates a planned maintenance chart. Moreover, the defect diagnostic engine sends the planned maintenance chart to a user in real time.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system for ticket generation based on anomalies in equipment installed in a facility. An anomaly recognition engine receives a first-set of data from a facility management system. The anomaly recognition engine analyses the first-set of data associated with a plurality of devices. In addition, the anomaly recognition engine detects one or more anomalies in at least one device of the plurality of devices based on the analysis of the first-set of data. Further, a ticket generation module generates a ticket in an event of detection of the one or more anomalies in the at least one device of the plurality of devices associated with the facility. Furthermore, the ticket generation module prioritises the one or more tickets based on the severity of the one or more anomalies.

A fault detection system receives a first set of data and a past experience data. In addition, the fault detection system analyses the first set of data and the past experience data. Further, the fault detection system determines one or more faults in a plurality of equipment installed in a facility. Furthermore, the ticket generation system generates a one or more tickets based on the one or more faults detected in the plurality of equipment installed in the facility. Moreover, the ticket generation system assigns a plurality of servicemen for handling the one or more faults. Also, the ticket generation system sends alert to the plurality servicemen along with a plurality of information about the one or more faults detected.

In addition, the system obtains one or more pre-defined set of rules. Further, the one or more pre-defined set of rules is obtained from a rules engine. Furthermore, the system analyses the first set of data based on the one or more pre-defined set of rules. Moreover, the system detects one or more faults in a plurality of sensors and a plurality of equipment. Also, the system executes a set of actions based on the detection of the one or more faults and analyzed first set of data. Also, the set of actions includes changing state of at least one of the plurality of equipment or prioritizing a maintenance task for fixing the one or more faults.
