Abstract: Machine for combining an elastomer thread (81) with an unextendable thread (11) wound on respective spools (80,10), which comprises a first pair (20) of rollers for driving the unextendable thread (11), a heating oven (30), a false-twisting group (40), a second pair (50) of driving rollers and at least one interlacing device (60), which are arranged in sequence along the path of the thread (11), characterized in that said elastomer thread (81) is supplied upstream of the said false-twisting group (40).
Abstract: Equipment for the application of the control method, particularly for spooling machines includes a detect-to the signal from an encoder capable of converting it into a binary number (N1) representing the angular position of the spool, a storing element capable of receiving at its input the binary number (N1) and of storing it for the duration of a cycle, supplying at the output a corresponding continuous signal (N2) to be sent to a digital/analog converter capable of converting the signal (N2) to a voltage value to be sent to an adder to control the servo mechanism, a signal emitting element transmitting a signal whenever the thread guide passes through a predetermined control point of its travel, and control element capable of making available at the input of the detector a correction signal corresponding to this specific cycle, the reading of the correction signal being determined by a detector activated by the signal at the start of each cycle and by the value of the binary number (N1).
Abstract: An apparatus for the production of a yarn has a joining group provided with a frame carrying a pneumatic-joining assembly, a unit for conditioning substantially inelastic yarns and feeding them to the pneumatic-joining assembly and a unit for feeding an elastic strand to the latter. A common drive is provided with individually adjustable transmission ratios using conical pulleys and belts.
Abstract: Apparatus for turning hose such as socks and stockings inside out, consisting of a drive unit with a gripping device which grips the toe of the hose and moves it between a pair of rotatable rollers which clamp onto the hose. A descending blade is arranged to engage the toe of the hose and to advance it through the nip of the rollers turning the sock inside out as it is wrapped around the blade. The blade is introduced as it descends further between a further pair of rotating rollers arranged to remove the hose which has been turned inside out from the blade.
Abstract: Apparatus for reversing or turning hose inside out comprises a pair of contra-rotating rollers 3 and 4, resiliently urged towards each other to form a nip therebetween into which the hose is introduced from its closed or toe cap end by a pick-up and conveyor assembly and a rod or rounded blade member 5 arranged to be displaced through the nip to engage the closed end of the hose and carry it away from the rollers while the latter draw the hose about the rod or blade element to turn the hose inside out.
