  • Patent number: 11874799
Abstract: A content staging system includes a content engine structured to receive content including a plurality of dataset elements from a content source, determine whether a content amount of the received content exceeds a memory capacity threshold, and auto-switch between memory and a file system during content processing based on the content amount. The content staging system includes a processing engine communicably coupled to the content engine. The processing engine is structured to receive the content including a plurality of dataset elements, and transform the plurality of dataset elements based on a source agnostic file definition format. The source agnostic file definition format supports content encryption, track a field of the plurality of dataset elements, or a combination thereof.

  • Patent number: 11830072
Abstract: A pricing administration and calculation tool comprises user interface logic, pricing administration logic and pricing calculation logic that cooperates with the user interface logic to generate display screens configured to receive user inputs specifying credit guarantee pricing and user inputs specifying terms and conditions for mortgage backed security (MBS) loan commitments. The inputs are specific to individual external user (seller). The credit guarantee price is a fee for guaranteeing to an investor the timely payment of principal and interest from the mortgages underlying a mortgage backed security. The credit guarantee pricing may be specified via the display screens on a seller-by-seller basis, a mortgage product-by-product basis, an issue month-by-issue month, and a coupon-by-coupon basis.

  • Patent number: 11799741
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and computer-readable media for enterprise information technology (IT) monitoring. In an embodiment, a method includes collecting system performance data for an enterprise computing environment. The method includes generating at least one cross-stack monitor schema. The cross-stack monitor schema includes at least one of shared services performance data, middleware performance data and infrastructure performance data corresponding to a particular application. The cross-stack monitor schema includes a technology stack component descriptor and a performance parameter. The technology stack component descriptor is identified based on applying reference data to the system performance data. The performance parameter is generated and populated based on the system performance data. The cross-stack monitor schema is linked to an electronic dashboard.

  • Patent number: 11663356
Abstract: According to one aspect of this disclosure, dynamic access provisioning provides a centralized, flexible and consistent mechanism to grant access rights to data in real-time by dynamically evaluating access policies that involve user, data and environmental attributes. The mechanism handles complex authorization policies involving numerous different user types with differing access needs and rights, as well as numerous different data sources with differing access requirements. The mechanism also simplifies data usage by providing a single-context experience in a user session, giving access to data from multiple diverse data sources in one access context. Data could be in different domains or project spaces. Users (or the data access apps they create in the session) are not required to switch access contexts to access all the data they are entitled to. The system is also scalable, in that additional data users and data producers may be easily added to the dynamic access provisioning environment.

  • Publication number: 20220309419
Abstract: Computer systems are used to facilitate the sale of mortgages into the secondary market. For example, the computer systems are used to facilitate the administration of loan delivery and other business rules across multiple customer-facing applications. The computer systems provide a shared service for customer-facing applications to integrate with a centralized business rules engine. The computer systems enable the integrated applications to request specific groups or categories of business rules to be executed by the centralized business rules engine. The computer systems request execution of stored business rules based on a loan, format the results, and provide feedback to the calling applications based on the results.

  • Patent number: 11315197
Abstract: A system and method may aggregate into a data structure property information from multiple databases, e.g., from all records included in those databases, and upon selection of any subject property or a characteristic thereof curates the often imperfect and discrepant property information to create suggested values. Similarly, the system and method may perform an on-the-fly evaluation of any characteristic of a selected record, when the property information for that characteristic includes an unlikely value, by triggering from the data structure a dynamic extraction of property information corresponding to a subject property of the selected record, where the dynamic extraction further generates and compares a suggested value to the unlikely value.

  • Patent number: 11170030
Abstract: A database of property data is searched based on a location constraint that is determined based on travel time contours constructed for multiple locations of interest. The locations of interest and travel parameters associated therewith are selected by a user. The travel parameters include a maximum travel time for each location. For each location, the travel time contour is constructed based on the travel parameters for the location such that points within the travel time contour have a travel time to the location that is less than or equal to the maximum travel time. The travel time contours are intersected, and the location constraint is based on the intersection.

  • Patent number: 10997676
Abstract: An automated valuation model that uses condition and quality variables. In response to user queries, the model ranks and displays comparables for a subject property. The comparables are selected based on their similarity to the subject. Data on quality and condition of properties is incorporated into the model and corresponding comparable assessments. For example, the quality and condition inputs may be used in a hedonic adjustment factor model, comparable selection exclusion rules, economic distance calculations, and adjustments for differences between the subject and comparables at comparable selection stage. The comparables may be displayed in ranked order based on the calculated similarities between the properties, with indications of the quality and condition categories, to provide an overall assessment of the comparables as well as displayable indications of the underlying quality and condition categories and related information.

Abstract: The present disclosure includes a computing device for extracting information from a standardized PDF report in a non-paragraph format. In one embodiment, the computing device includes an electronic processor, and a memory. The memory includes program instructions that, when executed by the electronic processor, cause the electronic processor to receive a standardized PDF report and a configuration file, determine X coordinates and Y coordinates of bounding boxes associated with one or more text-based keys, determine one or more words in the standardized PDF report that share the Y coordinates of the bounding boxes associated with a first text-based key, sort the one or more words in the standardized PDF report that share the Y coordinates of the bounding boxes based on respective X coordinates, determine a single word that is directly adjacent to the first text-based key, and control a display to display the single word.

  • Patent number: 9928546
Abstract: A method of processing data in connection with a security is provided. The security is collateralized by a plurality of home mortgage loans or by portions of the plurality of home mortgage loans. The method comprises generating payment projections regarding principal and interest payment projections for the plurality of home mortgage loans; determining that the payment projections have errors; and modifying loan characteristic data to eliminate errors in the loan characteristic data that cause errors in the payment projections. According to another embodiment, a method comprises receiving payment data regarding the plurality of loans a plurality of times separated by a plurality of days during the reporting cycle. Each time the payment data is received, the payment data is processed and the opportunity to make corrections is provided.

  • Patent number: 9836804
Abstract: Ranking and displaying comparable properties entails receiving appraisal information comprising a subject property and appraiser-chosen comparable properties corresponding to the subject property. Property data corresponding to a geographical area is accessed, in support of determining model-chosen comparable properties based upon the appropriateness of each of the comparable properties as comparables for the subject property. A map image is displayed for the geographical area, along with indicators on the map image indicative of the subject property, at least one of the appraiser-chosen comparable properties, and at least one of the model-chosen comparable properties.

  • Patent number: 9652478
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for generating a schema for data asset information are disclosed. In one example, complex type information corresponding to a logical relational data model that defines an organization of the data asset information is accessed. The logical relational data model includes a parent entity and child entities corresponding to the parent entity. Treating the complex type information produces scrubbed complex type information. The treatment of the complex type information includes, at least, the removal of foreign keys from child entities. The scrubbed complex type information is then translated to produce a hierarchical data model corresponding to the logical relational data model. A schema is then generated for the data asset information based upon the hierarchical data model.
