Abstract: A nailer device for collated nails (S) can be loaded with an elongated strip (E) almost flat shaped and provided with at least a plurality of first connections (P) projecting therefrom and each provided with a fixing end (F) opposite to the elongated strip (E) and assigned to the removable fixing of a respective nail (N) of collated nails. The device (1) includes a sliding seat (9) aligned with a magazine (3) and in communication with a shot chamber (5) that receives the elongated strip (E). Thrusting means (13) is provided with a matching means (15) assigned to match with the fixing end (F) of the first connection (P) previously bearing a fired nail in a stroke of the thrusting means from an external extreme condition to an extreme internal condition to align the first connection (P) of such fixing end (F) to a portion of the sliding seat.

Abstract: A safety device for a nailer has a movable element movable between a locking condition and a release firing condition. At least one lock has a stopping end movable to engage an abutment fixed to or carried by the movable element, for stopping it in the locking condition. When disengaged, the stopping end allows translation to the release position. The lock is also provided with an elastic element which acts in the direction of the stopping condition, with an arming mechanism acting counter to the elastic element, for shifting the lock and the respective stopping end for moving to the armed condition. An operator, to put the nailer in the armed and released conditions, must act on the arming mechanism to free the abutment from the stopping end, and he must place the movable element in the release condition to shoot the nail by pulling a trigger.

A shooting device shoots a nail through the fastener central hole. A second magazine has a slide guide housing a set of fasteners, with tongues oriented in a forward sliding direction, the shoulders oriented towards an outlet. The outlet has jaws hinged to rotation pins, perpendicular to the sliding direction. Front portions of the jaws fully protrude from the second magazine, each jaw having teeth having a shoulder shape to match a shoulder shape of a fastener interposed between the jaws. The teeth elastically and detachably hold the fasteners in an aligned position with the pass through hole and with the shooting direction of the shooting device.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a magazine device for a nailer for supplying an ejection chamber with first nails having lengths in a first range or with second nails having lengths in a second range shorter than the lengths of the first nails. The magazine device has at least one sliding channel laterally delimited by two side walls (5, 6) where, in an operating condition, the sliding channel exits into a nail ejection chamber (E). The device (1) has at least one window (8) provided in one side wall facing the respective sliding channel (3). The window has a dimension (H) perpendicular to a longitudinal dimension of the sliding channel equal to or larger than a maximum transverse dimension of the sliding channel. The window has a dimension (L) parallel to the longitudinal dimension of the sliding channel equal to or smaller than a maximum nail length.

Abstract: In a release mechanism for compressed air guns an auxiliary trigger is provided, hinged to the gun main trigger and cooperating therewith in such a manner that, as the main trigger and the auxiliary trigger are pressed simultaneously, a plug member in a gun overhead valve is displaced to an intermediate position thereof to prevent the gun from resetting.
