    Abstract: An apparatus of tilting a seat cushion of a vehicle, includes a tilting motor, a pinion gear, a sector gear, and a tilting link which perform the tilting operation of the seat cushion and exert a binding force in a tilted state of the seat cushion and are provided to be connected to both of one side and the other side of a seat cushion frame, and has two sector gears positioned on left and right sides and connected to each other by a connection bar so that, by strengthening a binding force of the front portion of the seat cushion, it is possible to secure the safety of passengers in the event of a collision.

    Abstract: The catalytic converter of the vehicle includes: an LNT converter including an LNT catalyst to reduce nitrogen oxides; an SDPF converter including an SDPF catalyst to capture particulate matters and reduce the nitrogen oxides; a connection housing connecting the LNT converter and the SDPF converter to each other; an injection module provided in the connection housing to inject the reducing agent from the LNT converter toward the SDPF converter; an impactor atomizing and vaporizing the reducing agent injected from the injection module; a first guide mixer provided inside the connection housing to form a swirl-direction flow of the exhaust gas mixed with the reducing agent atomized through the impactor; and a second guide mixer provided downstream of the first guide mixer inside the connection housing to form an additional swirl-direction flow of the exhaust gas mixed with the reducing agent.

    Abstract: A urea solution mixing chamber for a diesel vehicle that increases a purification rate of NOx by increasing a vaporization rate of a urea solution by use of a urea solution vaporization component, includes a flow guide configured to guide a flow of exhaust gas while collecting the flow of the exhaust gas toward a catalyst, a urea solution injector disposed rearward of the flow guide and configured to distribute and inject a urea solution, an impactor provided on an internal surface of the flow guide configured to collect the exhaust gas, the impactor being configured to atomize the urea solution injected from the urea solution injector, and vaporization fins configured to vaporize the atomized urea solution by bringing the atomized urea solution into contact with the vaporization fins and mix the vaporized urea solution with the exhaust gas.
