Abstract: A leak resistant paperboard tray formed from a blank having a scored surface that defines a base, panels and webbing flaps at the corners. When folded at the score lines of the scored surface in an appropriate manner, an leak resistant food tray forms and the webbing flaps are then adhered to neighboring walls to retain the shape in the folded condition. The adhesive is applied to exterior facing surfaces of the webbing flaps so that food contents of the container do not come into contact with the adhesive and thereby avoiding the risk of contamination.
Abstract: A coated box with anti-stain coating on portions of exterior surfaces of the coated box, which also has uncoated exterior surfaces to which a water-based adhesive is applied to adhere to portions of an interior facing surface to form a box shape that includes folds at creases at scored lines.
Abstract: A divider that has a die-cut board that is grease resistant coated on both sides and is scored to define a plurality of alternative valley and peak folds. There is at least one perforated line that passes through all of the valley and peak folds. The divider may taper at its sides from the peak folds to neighboring ones of the valley folds. Two perforated lines may be provided to sever the tapers from the sides to leave the sides substantially reside in parallel planes with respect to each other.
Abstract: A cupcake container that folds from a flattened orientation to an erect orientation. The container is formed from a single cardboard box blank including an integrated collar, which is raised over a bottom panel by two legs. The integrated collar has at least one circular opening into which a cupcake base is fitted. The front and top panels form an aperture closed by a polymer film to allow viewing of the contents of the container.
